The Virtual Paralegal specializes in both Legal and Standard audio transcription of your digital audio files in various file formats such as .wav, .dss, .mp3, ect. We use secure methods for uploading your digital files for transcription and providing you with the most professional transcribing experience possible. We provide our customers with an option to either upload their digital transcription files by uploading your content to the internet or you may dictate for transcription by telephone.

We will digitally transcribe interviews, correspondence, phone conversations, case notes, witness statements, legal pleadings, summaries, memorandums, conferences, reports, seminars, speeches, and more.

If your company or law firm prefers to engage in Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreements for work performed by The Virtual Paralegal for transcription purposes, one is available. Otherwise, we generally do not engage in an agreement for transcribing audio unless specifically requested and we do not share your information, dictation or transcriptions with any third party.

Services:

• Standard Transcriptions - ($.01/per word 3-10 days) ($0.02 per word rush)
• Legal Transcriptions - ($.0125/per word 3-10 days) ($.02 per word rush)
• Multi-Speaker Transcriptions - ($.02/per word) These would include Intervews/seminars/conversational type audio, including 2 or more persons speaking
• Personalized Formatting is an Additional One Quarter Cent Per Word ($.0025)
• An additional $.01 per word for hard to hear or difficult dictation
• Standard Cassettes - The Virtual Paralegal does not transcript any standard cassettes. All audio must be provided in digital format by uploading via the internet or by telephone.

We provide Encryption to your document (final in .pdf) using Adobe Acrobat. If you want the document encrypted, there will be an additional $20.00 fee per document for this service.

Payment

The Virtual Paralegal accepts payment by online payments via Paypal (with a 3% additional charge), business check or money order. An invoice for services will be provided with all the payment information included.
